Worklocker - Black Friday 2025 Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The Worklocker Black Friday Promotion (“Promotion”) commences at 12:00 AM AEDT on 28 November 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on 1 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is open to:

• Australian residents aged 18 years or older; and
• customers who make a qualifying purchase during the Promotion Period at a participating Worklocker store or on the official Worklocker website.

The following are not eligible:

• Employees of the Promoter, its franchise partners, or their immediate families
• Agencies associated with this Promotion

2.1 Participating Stores

This Promotion is valid only at the following Worklocker stores:

3. How to Participate

Customers will receive a Worklocker Promotional Voucher (“Voucher”) when they make a single qualifying transaction during the Promotion Period.

Voucher Tiers

• Spend $200+ → $30 Voucher
• Spend $300+ → $50 Voucher
• Spend $400+ → $80 Voucher
• Spend $600+ → $150 Voucher

Rules & Clarifications

• Voucher tiers are not cumulative.
• One (1) Voucher is issued per qualifying transaction.
• Spend is calculated after discounts, before freight (online).
• Trade Account / Invoiced Account purchases do not qualify.
• Lay-bys, backorders, and rainchecks are excluded.

4. Voucher Issuing Conditions

• In-Store Purchases: A physical Voucher will be issued at the point of sale. The invoice number must be written on the Voucher for verification.
• Online Purchases: A digital Voucher will be sent via email within three (3) business days of a qualifying purchase.
• Tracking & Security: Each Voucher will include an invoice number to verify eligibility. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or altered.

5. Voucher Redemption Conditions

Validity Period

Vouchers can be redeemed from 2 December 2025 until 31 January 2026, inclusive. No extensions will be provided.

Restrictions & Exclusions

• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for:
• School Wear
• Trade Account purchases
• Gift cards
• Store credit
• Any other promotional offer, discount, or incentive
• Multiple transactions (single-use only)

Where Vouchers Can Be Redeemed

• In-store Vouchers: Only at the store that issued the Voucher
• Digital Vouchers: Only on worklocker.com.au

Verification

Customers must present the original Voucher. Vouchers that are illegible, photocopied, altered, or fraudulent will not be accepted.

6. Worklocker Store Obligations

This is an authorised national marketing promotion, and all participating Worklocker stores must:

• Honour the Promotion exactly as stated
• Issue and redeem Vouchers in accordance with these Terms
• Follow the exclusions and validity dates
• Use approved voucher templates and POS materials
• Not add, change, decline, extend, or override the offer

7. General Terms

The Promoter may verify any transaction associated with this Promotion. The Promoter may refuse to issue or redeem a Voucher if:

• The transaction is ineligible
• Fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected
• Voucher details do not match the issuing store or invoice

8. Privacy

Personal information collected for the Promotion will be used solely for fulfilment and administration. Information will be handled in accordance with the Worklocker Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Promotion

The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise, and only where required under applicable regulatory requirements.

Scratch & Win – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

• The “Scratch & Win” promotion (Promotion) runs from 5 January 2026 to 15 February 2026 (inclusive), or while prize stocks last.

2. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees, managers, and directors of the Promoter, Participating Stores, associated agencies and their immediate families may participate as paying customers but are not eligible to win Tier 2 Visa Gift Card prizes.
• Limit one (1) game play per person per day.
• Participants may not split or break up purchases to gain additional plays.
• Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. How to Participate

To participate during the Promotion Period:

Step 1: Visit a Participating Store.
Step 2: Scan the QR code to play the Scratch & Win game at checkout.

Participation requirements & rules:

• No minimum purchase required.
• One (1) gameplay per person per day, monitored through contact details, receipts, and device identifiers.
• If a Tier 1 win is revealed, the discount is applied immediately to the current transaction only.
• Transactions must not be split, separated or staged to obtain multiple entries.
• The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues preventing gameplay.
• Fraudulent activity may result in disqualification and prize cancellation.

4. Money Off, Prizes & Prize Conditions

Tier 1: Instant “Money Off”

• $5 off purchase
• $10 off purchase
• $20 off purchase

Conditions:

• Applied immediately, redeemable only on the same purchase at the time of play
• Not transferrable or redeemable for cash
• Cannot be used on prior purchases

Tier 2: Instant Visa Gift Cards

• 20 × $250 Visa Gift Cards
• 6 × $500 Visa Gift Cards
• 2 × $1,000 Visa Gift Cards

Total prize pool value: $10,000 AUD in Visa Gift Cards (Tier 2).

Conditions:

• Subject to verification (see Clause 5).
• Maximum of one (1) Tier 2 prize per participant across the Promotion Period
• Visa Gift Cards will be issued digitally via email by the Promoter within 7 business days of successful verification
• Participants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate at the time of entry and remain active

Prize Allocation & Randomness

• Each valid entry at the time of play has an equal chance of receiving any available prize. The game is operated on a randomised instant-win basis.

Unclaimed or Unverified Prizes

• If a Tier 2 prize winner does not respond, fails to supply valid verification (receipt + ID) or cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, the prize will be considered unclaimed. Unclaimed draw winners will be notified in writing within 7 days of the unclaimed draw.
• A redraw for unclaimed Tier 2 prizes will take place at: Worklocker Services Pty Ltd, 1/66 Township Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220 on 2 March 2026 at 12:00pm.
• Redraw winners notified within 3 business days and (with consent) published on the Worklocker website.

No Cost to Claim

• There is no cost to claim any prize, other than the usual minimum purchase required for a normal transaction (if applicable).

Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

• Tier 2 winners will be notified instantly on screen at the time of gameplay.
• A follow-up email will be sent by the Promoter from marketing@worklocker.com.au to congratulate the winner and to request verification documentation (valid same-day receipt and photo ID).
• Tier 2 Visa Gift Cards will be issued digitally to the verified email address provided at the time of play within 7 business days of successful verification.
• If a winner does not respond to the verification request, does not provide the required documentation, or cannot be contacted within 14 days of the initial email, the prize may be deemed unclaimed and subject to redraw in accordance with Clause 4, Unclaimed or Unverified Prizes.

Publication of Winners (South Australia)

• In accordance with Schedule 11, Regulation 4 of the South Australian Lotteries Regulations 2021, where the total prize value exceeds $250, the Promoter will publish the winner’s first initial, surname and postcode.
• Winner details will be published on the Promoter’s website at www.worklocker.com.au/pages/promotions-terms-conditions within 30 days of the original prize award and, if applicable, within 30 days of any unclaimed prize redraw.
• This requirement applies to all Tier 2 prize winners, including winners of any unclaimed prize redraws.
• Winners consent to this publication as a condition of entry.

Record Keeping & Compliance

• The Promoter agrees to retain records of entries, winners, and prize distribution for at least 3 years (or as required under regulation), and to conduct the promotion fairly in accordance with the Community Gaming Act 2018 and Community Gaming Regulation 2020.

5. Verification

• Tier 2 prize winners must provide a valid same-day store receipt from a Participating Store showing purchase date/time.
• Photo ID may be requested to confirm eligibility.
• Failure to supply verification within required timeframe may result in prize forfeiture.

6. Limitations

• One (1) gameplay per person per day.
• Purchases must remain a single transaction event to be eligible, splitting purchases invalidates related plays.
• Prizes available while stocks last.
• Lost, late, incomplete or corrupted entries are not accepted and are deemed invalid.

7. Exclusions

• Online entries valid only via Worklocker Online Store if Scratch & Win gameplay is presented.
• Not valid for trade account invoices paid later.
• Purchases must be completed on the same date as gameplay.

8. Privacy Collection Statement

• The Promoter collects personal information including name, contact details, gameplay data, store location, occupation and receipt information to administer and verify entry in this Promotion.
• Failure to provide required information may prevent participation or prize fulfilment.
• Personal information may be shared with Participating Stores, promotional service providers and regulatory authorities as required by law.

• Participants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting the Promoter using the details in Clause 11.
• Personal information will not be used for marketing unless express consent is provided.
• By entering and participating in the Scratch & Win promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that their contact details will be used by Worklocker to send marketing communications via email and/or SMS. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, replying STOP to SMS communications, or as otherwise outlined in Worklocker’s Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

• Except for any liability which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation or use of any prize.
• Nothing in these Terms affects a participant’s consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Right to Amend

• The Promoter may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or amend these Terms if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, subject to regulatory approval if required.

If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.

8. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, or provides false information.

9. Privacy
