1. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 9:00am AEDT on 23 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 27 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Residents of Western Australia (WA) and Australian Capital Territory (ACT) are excluded from entry.
• Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Steel Blue, participating Worklocker franchisees, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. Participating Stores

• The promotion is available at participating Worklocker stores across Australia (excluding WA and ACT).
• Online purchases via the Worklocker website are eligible to enter the Major Prize draw but are not eligible to receive the Gift With Purchase (GWP).

3A. Franchisee Participation & Franchising Code of Conduct

• Participation by Worklocker franchisees in this promotion (including but not limited to the provision of Gift With Purchase items and in-store promotional activity) is voluntary.
• Franchisees are not required to participate in the promotion and are not required to fund or incur any costs associated with the promotion unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing with the Promoter.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit, exclude or modify the application of the Franchising Code of Conduct.

4. How to Enter – Major Prize Draw

To enter the Major Prize draw, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

• a) Purchase any Steel Blue boot in a single transaction from a participating Worklocker store or Worklocker Online (excluding WA and ACT); and
• b) Complete the official competition entry form via the promotional link provided by Worklocker; and
• c) Confirm, by selecting the relevant checkbox on the entry form, that they have purchased a qualifying Steel Blue boot from a participating Worklocker store or via the Worklocker website.

• One (1) entry is permitted per qualifying transaction.
• Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is associated with a separate qualifying purchase and completed entry form.

5. Gift With Purchase (GWP)

Customers who purchase any Steel Blue boot in-store at a participating Worklocker store during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) co-branded Steel Blue x Worklocker football, while stocks last.

• GWP is limited to twenty (20) units per store.
• GWP is available in-store only and is not available for online purchases.
• No rainchecks or substitutions are available.
• Once GWP stock is exhausted, no further items will be provided.

6. Prize Details – Major Prize

There is one (1) Major Prize available to be won.

The Major Prize consists of an MCG Experience for the winner and one (1) guest, including:

• Return economy flights to Melbourne for two (2) people from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city
• Two (2) tickets to one (1) of the following nominated events:
  • Hawthorn vs Western Bulldogs – 5 June 2026
  • Essendon vs Carlton – 7 June 2026
  • Collingwood vs Melbourne – 8 June 2026
  • NRL State of Origin Game 2 – 17 June 2026
• Accommodation for two (2) people (minimum one night)
• AUD $500 spending money (paid via EFT or gift card)

Total prize pool: Up to $4,500 (flights, accommodation, tickets, spending money).

7. Event Selection Conditions

• The winner may nominate their preferred game from the listed events.
• The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to accommodate the winner’s preference, however event availability is not guaranteed.
• If the nominated event is unavailable for any reason (including but not limited to ticket availability, scheduling changes, or supplier constraints), the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the event with an alternative listed event of equal value.

8. Prize Draw

The Major Prize draw will take place within three (3) business days of the Promotion Period closing at:

The winner will be selected by random draw.

9. Winner Notification & Verification

• The winner will be notified via email within three (3) business days of the draw.
• As part of the verification process, the Promoter will cross reference the winner’s entry against relevant Worklocker store and/or online sales data to confirm the purchase of a qualifying Steel Blue boot.
• If the Promoter is unable to obtain or verify the purchase through store or online sales data, the winner will be required, upon request, to provide a valid original receipt corresponding to the Steel Blue boot purchase used to enter the promotion.
• Failure to provide valid proof of purchase within the timeframe specified by the Promoter may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner drawn.

10. Prize Conditions

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• Travel must be taken on dates specified by the Promoter.
• Any costs not expressly included in the prize description are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
• The winner and guest must be able to attend the event dates as scheduled.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, delay or rescheduling of events beyond its control.

11. Unclaimed Prize

If the Major Prize is unclaimed or forfeited, a redraw will take place in accordance with relevant state regulations at the same location as the original draw.

12. Verification & Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including proof of identity and purchase) and to disqualify any entrant who:

• Submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions;
• Tampers with the entry process;
• Provides false or misleading information; or
• Engages in conduct which may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

13. Privacy & Data Collection

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of:

• Conducting and administering the promotion;
• Contacting entrants in relation to the promotion; and
• Facilitating prize fulfilment.

Entrants expressly consent to their personal information being shared with Footwear Industries Pty Ltd trading as Steel Blue for the purposes of:

• Prize fulfilment;
• Promotional analysis; and
• Direct marketing communications by Steel Blue, subject to applicable privacy laws.

1. Promotion Period

• The “Scratch & Win” promotion (Promotion) runs from 5 January 2026 to 15 February 2026 (inclusive), or while prize stocks last.

2. Eligibility

3. How to Participate

To participate during the Promotion Period:

Step 1: Visit a Participating Store.
Step 2: Scan the QR code to play the Scratch & Win game at checkout.

Participation requirements & rules:

• No minimum purchase required.
• One (1) gameplay per person per day, monitored through contact details, receipts, and device identifiers.
• If a Tier 1 win is revealed, the discount is applied immediately to the current transaction only.
• Transactions must not be split, separated or staged to obtain multiple entries.
• The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues preventing gameplay.
• Fraudulent activity may result in disqualification and prize cancellation.

4. Money Off, Prizes & Prize Conditions

Prize Allocation & Randomness

• Each valid entry at the time of play has an equal chance of receiving any available prize. The game is operated on a randomised instant-win basis.

Unclaimed or Unverified Prizes

• If a Tier 2 prize winner does not respond, fails to supply valid verification (receipt + ID) or cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, the prize will be considered unclaimed. Unclaimed draw winners will be notified in writing within 7 days of the unclaimed draw.
• A redraw for unclaimed Tier 2 prizes will take place at: Worklocker Services Pty Ltd, 1/66 Township Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220 on 2 March 2026 at 12:00pm.
• Redraw winners notified within 3 business days and (with consent) published on the Worklocker website.

No Cost to Claim

• There is no cost to claim any prize, other than the usual minimum purchase required for a normal transaction (if applicable).

Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

• Tier 2 winners will be notified instantly on screen at the time of gameplay.
• A follow-up email will be sent by the Promoter from marketing@worklocker.com.au to congratulate the winner and to request verification documentation (valid same-day receipt and photo ID).
• Tier 2 Visa Gift Cards will be issued digitally to the verified email address provided at the time of play within 7 business days of successful verification.
• If a winner does not respond to the verification request, does not provide the required documentation, or cannot be contacted within 14 days of the initial email, the prize may be deemed unclaimed and subject to redraw in accordance with Clause 4, Unclaimed or Unverified Prizes.

Publication of Winners (South Australia)

• In accordance with Schedule 11, Regulation 4 of the South Australian Lotteries Regulations 2021, where the total prize value exceeds $250, the Promoter will publish the winner’s first initial, surname and postcode.
• Winner details will be published on the Promoter’s website at www.worklocker.com.au/pages/promotions-terms-conditions within 30 days of the original prize award and, if applicable, within 30 days of any unclaimed prize redraw.
• This requirement applies to all Tier 2 prize winners, including winners of any unclaimed prize redraws.
• Winners consent to this publication as a condition of entry.

Record Keeping & Compliance

• The Promoter agrees to retain records of entries, winners, and prize distribution for at least 3 years (or as required under regulation), and to conduct the promotion fairly in accordance with the Community Gaming Act 2018 and Community Gaming Regulation 2020.

5. Verification

• Tier 2 prize winners must provide a valid same-day store receipt from a Participating Store showing purchase date/time.
• Photo ID may be requested to confirm eligibility.
• Failure to supply verification within required timeframe may result in prize forfeiture.

6. Limitations

• One (1) gameplay per person per day.
• Purchases must remain a single transaction event to be eligible, splitting purchases invalidates related plays.
• Prizes available while stocks last.
• Lost, late, incomplete or corrupted entries are not accepted and are deemed invalid.

7. Exclusions

• Online entries valid only via Worklocker Online Store if Scratch & Win gameplay is presented.
• Not valid for trade account invoices paid later.
• Purchases must be completed on the same date as gameplay.

8. Privacy Collection Statement

• The Promoter collects personal information including name, contact details, gameplay data, store location, occupation and receipt information to administer and verify entry in this Promotion.
• Failure to provide required information may prevent participation or prize fulfilment.
• Personal information may be shared with Participating Stores, promotional service providers and regulatory authorities as required by law.

9. Liability

• Except for any liability which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation or use of any prize.
• Nothing in these Terms affects a participant’s consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Right to Amend

• The Promoter may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or amend these Terms if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, subject to regulatory approval if required.
