1. Promotion Period

The “EOFY Boost Your Savings” promotion (“Promotion”) runs from 25 May 2026 to 30 June 2026 (inclusive), or while gameplay availability lasts.

2. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees, managers, and directors of the Promoter, Participating Stores, associated agencies and their immediate families may participate as paying retail customers.
• This Promotion is not available to trade account customers, commercial account holders, or purchases made via trade credit facilities.
• Limit one (1) gameplay per qualifying transaction, per day.
• Participants may not split or break up purchases to gain additional plays.
• Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2.1 Participating Stores

3. How to Participate

To participate during the Promotion Period:

• Step 1: Visit a Participating Worklocker Store.
• Step 2: Spend a minimum of $100 AUD in a single retail transaction (maximum eligible spend capped at $1,000 AUD).
• Step 3: Prior to completing checkout, scan the promotional QR code in-store.
• Step 4: Complete the online entry form in full and submit your details.
• Step 5: Play the online mini-game to instantly reveal your prize.

The revealed discount must be presented to staff and applied immediately before finalising payment.

Participation Requirements & Rules

• Minimum spend: $100 AUD in a single transaction.
• Maximum eligible spend: $1,000 AUD per transaction.
• One (1) gameplay per qualifying transaction, per day.
• Transactions must not be split, separated or staged to obtain multiple entries.
• Gameplay must occur prior to completion of the transaction.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or gift cards.
• Discount applies only to the qualifying transaction at the time of play.
• The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues preventing gameplay.
• Fraudulent activity may result in disqualification and cancellation of discount.

4. Instant Discount Prizes & Conditions

All eligible participants who successfully complete gameplay will receive one (1) instant discount prize, allocated via the online game system:

• $10 off purchase
• $20 off purchase
• 10% off purchase
• 30% off purchase

Prize Conditions

• Discount applies only to the qualifying transaction at time of play.
• Discount must be redeemed immediately and cannot be deferred.
• Only one (1) discount may be applied per transaction, per day.
• Discount is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• Discount cannot be used on prior purchases.
• Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless expressly stated.
• Percentage discounts apply to eligible basket value only.
• Excludes gift cards, vouchers, previous promotional vouchers/gift cards, lay-by payments, shipping fees, and excluded items as determined by the Promoter.

Prize Allocation

• Each valid gameplay has an equal chance of receiving any available discount prize.
• The game operates on an instant-win basis.
• All eligible participants will receive a discount prize.

5. Verification

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and purchases.
• Participants must provide a valid same-day receipt from a Participating Store if requested.
• Failure to comply with verification requirements may result in cancellation of the discount.

6. Limitations

• One (1) gameplay per qualifying transaction, per day.
• Minimum spend of $100 AUD must be met in a single transaction.
• Maximum eligible spend capped at $1,000 AUD per transaction.
• Purchases must remain a single transaction event to be eligible; splitting purchases invalidates related plays.
• Gameplay must be completed before checkout is finalised.
• Prizes available while the Promotion Period is active.
• Lost, late, incomplete or corrupted entries are not accepted and are deemed invalid.

7. Exclusions

• Not valid for trade account purchases or invoices paid later.
• Not applicable to trade credit facilities.
• Discount must be redeemed on the same date as gameplay.
• Not applicable if using a Gift Card, voucher, discount or other promotion.

8. Privacy Collection Statement

The Promoter collects personal information including name, contact details, gameplay data, store location and receipt information to administer and verify entry in this Promotion.

• Failure to provide required information may prevent participation.
• Personal information may be shared with Participating Stores, promotional service providers and regulatory authorities as required by law.

By entering and participating in the EOFY Boost Your Savings promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that their contact details will be used by Worklocker to send marketing communications via email and/or SMS.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, replying STOP to SMS communications, or as otherwise outlined in Worklocker’s Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

Except for any liability which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in this Promotion.

Nothing in these Terms affects a participant’s consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Right to Amend

The Promoter may modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion or amend these Terms if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, subject to regulatory approval if required.

GOODMATES Campaign – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The GOODMATES Promotion runs from 3 April 2026 to 30 April 2026 (inclusive), or while stocks last.

2. Eligibility

• Employees of the Promoter and Participating Stores may participate in the Promotion provided they comply with these Terms & Conditions and transact as paying customers.
• Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Offer Details

• Customers who purchase any three (3) eligible GOODMATES products in a single transaction will receive one (1) additional eligible GOODMATES product free.
• The free product will be the lowest-priced eligible item in the transaction.
• The discount is applied automatically at the point of sale.
• No cash alternative, refund, credit, or raincheck is available.

4. Conditions of Entry

• The offer is valid only on eligible GOODMATES products (selected styles as determined by the Promoter and available in-store and online during the Promotion Period).
• Products must be purchased in one single transaction; transactions cannot be split or combined to qualify.
• The Promotion may be redeemed multiple times within a single transaction.
• For every three (3) eligible GOODMATES products purchased, one (1) additional eligible GOODMATES product will be provided free.
• Example: 6 products = 2 free; 9 products = 3 free.
• A maximum of ten (10) free products may be redeemed per transaction (equivalent to thirty (30) eligible products purchased), subject to availability and while stocks last.
• Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion, or trade pricing unless expressly stated.
• Returns will be refunded at the adjusted promotional price.
• The Promoter reserves the right to limit quantities purchased in a single transaction where it reasonably suspects purchases are not for personal or business use.
• This Promotion is not available to trade account holders.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Retail (Non-Decorated) Purchases

For customers purchasing eligible GOODMATES products without embroidery, printing, or other custom decoration:

• Returns are accepted in accordance with the Promoter’s standard returns policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
• Refunds will be processed at the adjusted promotional price paid.
• Where part of a qualifying promotional purchase is returned, the Promotion will be recalculated.
• If returning items reduces the transaction below the qualifying threshold, the value of any free product(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Free promotional items must be returned in original condition if the qualifying items are returned.
• Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5.2 Decorated / Customised Purchases

For customers purchasing eligible GOODMATES products that are embroidered, printed, heat-pressed, altered, or otherwise customised:

• Decorated or customised products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to change of mind.
• Once artwork approval has been provided and/or production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds, replacements, or remedies will only be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
• If a decorated order forms part of a promotional transaction, the promotional eligibility will be assessed at the time of purchase and will not be recalculated after production has commenced.
• Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Participating Stores

The Promotion is available at participating Worklocker stores nationwide and online, subject to availability and while stocks last. Product ranges, colours, sizes, and availability may vary by store.

7. Exclusions

• Online purchases must be completed during the Promotion Period to qualify.
• Gift cards and prior purchases are excluded.

8. Liability

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this Promotion. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Right to Amend

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control arise.

1. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 0:01am AEST on Monday 4 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 31 May 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating IWS franchisees (including stores operating under the Worklocker brand), and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. Participating Stores

• The promotion is available at participating Independent Workwear Specialists (IWS) stores across Australia and via participating IWS online channels, including Worklocker online.
• This promotion is not available via IWS-owned online stores outside of Worklocker-branded platforms.

3A. Franchisee Participation & Franchising Code of Conduct

• Participation by IWS franchisees in this promotion is voluntary.
• Franchisees are not required to participate or incur costs unless agreed in writing with the Promoter.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits the application of the Franchising Code of Conduct.

4. How to Enter – Major Prize Draw

To enter, eligible entrants must during the Promotion Period:

• a) Purchase any eligible Pilbara Collection product in a single transaction;
• b) Scan the QR code or access the promotional link;
• c) Complete the official entry form with required details;
• d) Confirm purchase via checkbox; and
• e) Submit the entry during the Promotion Period.

• One (1) entry per qualifying transaction.

5. Prize Details – Major Prize

There is one (1) Major Prize to be won.

• Flight disruptions or delays

• Personal injury or loss during travel

11. Unclaimed Prize

If unclaimed, a redraw will occur within three (3) business days (Wednesday 10 June 2026, 12:00pm) at the same location.

12. Verification & Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entrants who:

• Breach these Terms;
• Provide false information;
• Tamper with the process; or
• Engage in fraudulent conduct.
