1. Promotion Period
The promotion (“Promotion”) commences at 12:01am on Monday 5th October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Friday 30th October 2026 (“Promotion Period”). References to time in these Terms & Conditions are to local time in the Australian state or territory in which the relevant Qualifying Purchase is made.
2. Promoter and Co-Promoter

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who make a Qualifying Purchase (as described in Clause 6) from a participating Worklocker store located in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia or Tasmania, or via the Worklocker Online store.
This Promotion is open to purchases made from Worklocker Online, except orders delivered to Western Australia, the Australian Capital Territory or the Northern Territory (together, the “Excluded Territories”).
Directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers (including Prize suppliers) and contractors (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management, employees, suppliers and contractors) of the Promoter and of its related bodies corporate, of the Co-Promoter, and of the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
‘Immediate family’ means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
4. Participating Stores
This Promotion is available at participating Worklocker-branded stores in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Tasmania, and via the Worklocker Online store (worklocker.com.au). It is not available at Worklocker stores located in the Excluded Territories.
5. Franchisee Participation & Franchising Code of Conduct
Participation by Worklocker franchisees in this Promotion (including but not limited to in-store promotional activity) is voluntary.
Franchisees are not required to participate in the Promotion and are not required to fund or incur any costs associated with the Promotion unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing with the Promoter.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit, exclude or modify the application of the Franchising Code of Conduct.
6. Qualifying Purchase & How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants (“Entrants”) must, during the Promotion Period:
- Purchase any one or more items from the following participating brands (“Qualifying Purchase”): Bisley Workwear, Oliver, THORZT, Pro Choice, G-Tek and Scope (all products within these brands are eligible), from a participating Worklocker store or via Worklocker Online (excluding the Excluded Territories). There is no minimum spend; and
- Complete the official competition entry form via the promotional QR code or link provided by Worklocker, providing all requested details; and
- Upload, as part of the entry form, a valid receipt evidencing the Qualifying Purchase from a participating Worklocker store, made within the Promotion Period.
Entry Conditions
- One (1) entry is permitted per Qualifying Purchase (i.e. per qualifying transaction).
- Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry is associated with a separate Qualifying Purchase and a separate, complete entry form.
- An entry may be declared invalid if the Entrant does not retain and provide a valid purchase receipt as part of the entry.
- The same purchase receipt cannot be used to lodge more than one entry, including where multiple Entrants attempt to lodge entries using the same receipt. Any Entrant found in breach of this condition will have all of their entries in the Promotion disqualified.
7. Prizes
There are three (3) prize tiers to be won across the Promotion, each awarded to a separate winner selected in accordance with Clause 8 (together, the “Prizes”, each a “Prize”).
1st Prize – $1,000 Prize Pack
- $500 Visa eGift Card
- Oliver & Bisley Wardrobe (valued at $500): the winner may select one (1) pair of Oliver boots, two (2) Bisley garments, and PIP accessories, up to the combined specified value. Specific products, colourways and sizes are not predetermined and are subject to availability at the time of redemption.
2nd Prize – $500 Prize Pack
- $250 Visa eGift Card

Total prize pool valued at $1,750 (AUD) across all three (3) Prizes. All Prize values are quoted in Australian dollars, are approximate and based on recommended retail price at the time of preparing these Terms & Conditions, and may vary at the time a Prize is awarded.
7.1 Prize Fulfilment and Liability
The Co-Promoter, PIP, is solely responsible for the supply, provision and fulfilment of all Prizes described in this Clause 7.
Worklocker, as Promoter, and its participating franchisees:
- Make no representation or warranty as to the availability, quality, fitness for purpose, description, or timely delivery of any Prize or Prize component; and
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, accept no responsibility and exclude all liability for any failure, delay or refusal by the Co-Promoter to supply, deliver or otherwise fulfil any Prize, and for any defect in a Prize once supplied by the Co-Promoter.
Any query, complaint or dispute regarding the supply or fulfilment of a Prize must be directed to PIP as the Co-Promoter and party responsible for fulfilment. Nothing in this clause limits any non-excludable right an Entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law against the Co-Promoter as supplier of a Prize.
If a Prize (or a component of a Prize) becomes unavailable for any reason, including as to colourway or size, the Co-Promoter reserves the right to substitute that Prize or component with an item of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions of a relevant regulatory authority.
8. Prize Draw
The Prize draw will take place within three (3) business days of the Promotion Period closing, on Wednesday 4 November 2026 at 12:00pm (midday), at:

Winners of all three (3) Prize tiers will be selected by random draw at this time.
9. Winner Notification & Verification
Each winner will be notified via email and/or phone call within three (3) business days of the draw.
As part of the verification process, the Promoter will cross-reference the winner’s entry against the receipt uploaded by the Entrant, to confirm the Qualifying Purchase of an eligible PIP item.
10. Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.
11. Unclaimed Prize
If a Prize is not claimed, or is forfeited in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, a redraw for that Prize will take place fourteen (14) days after the original winner was notified, at the Worklocker Support Office, 1/66 Township Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220.
The winner of any such redraw will be notified via email or phone call no later than 5:00pm on Wednesday 18 November 2026.
12. Verification & Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including proof of identity and proof of purchase) and to disqualify any Entrant who:
- Submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions;
- Tampers with the entry process;
- Provides false or misleading information; or
- Engages in conduct which may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
Participating Worklocker stores are authorised to notify the Promoter’s Support Office of any purchase, receipt or entry that store personnel reasonably believe to be non-qualifying, suspicious, fraudulent, or tampered with. A notification made in good faith under this clause does not, of itself, determine the validity of an entry – the Promoter retains sole and absolute discretion to investigate and determine the validity of any entry – and no liability attaches to a participating store or its staff for a notification made in good faith.
13. Privacy & Data Collection
By entering this Promotion, Entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of:
- Conducting and administering the Promotion;
- Contacting Entrants in relation to the Promotion; and
- Facilitating Prize fulfilment.
Entrants acknowledge and agree that the Promoter (Worklocker Support Office) will disclose the necessary details of a winning Entrant (name, phone number, email address and Qualifying Purchase details) to PIP, for the sole purpose of Prize fulfilment.
Entrants expressly consent to their personal information being shared with PIP ANZ (Australia) Pty Ltd for the purpose of Prize fulfilment only, and PIP agrees to only use that information for that purpose.
Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe function provided in any communication, or by contacting the Promoter directly.
The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.worklocker.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.
The Co-Promoter will handle personal information collected in connection with this Promotion in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its Privacy Policy, available at: https://pipanz.com/privacy-policy.
14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any non-excludable statutory guarantee, right or remedy conferred on an Entrant under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law which cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and the Co-Promoter exclude all liability (including for negligence) for any loss, damage, cost or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained by any person in connection with this Promotion or a Prize, including but not limited to loss or damage arising from a Prize or any use of a Prize, or any error, omission, delay or technical malfunction in connection with the Promotion, whether or not within the control of the Promoter or Co-Promoter – except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, in which case that liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
As between the Promoter and Co-Promoter, and without limiting any Entrant’s rights, the Co-Promoter alone accepts responsibility for fulfilment of the Prizes in accordance with Clause 7, and the Promoter and its participating franchisees will have no liability for the Co-Promoter’s failure to do so.
15. General Conditions
Any Prize is valued in Australian dollars, unless expressly stated to the contrary.
The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact a winner who has not provided correct or complete contact details. If an Entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the Entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to the Promoter.
The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, refuse to accept a particular entry, disqualify an entry, or cancel the entire Promotion at any time without giving reasons and without liability to any Entrant, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. Without limiting this, the Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, Prize claims and Entrants, and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry or Prize claim that is misleading or not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, or who manipulates or tampers with the entry process.
Where a winner breaches these Terms & Conditions, that winner will forfeit the Prize in whole, and no substitute will be offered. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
A Prize, or any unused portion of a Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
16. Force Majeure
In the event of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s (or a third party’s) ability to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these Terms & Conditions – including but not limited to vandalism, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, or act of terrorism – the Promoter’s obligations under the Promotion will be suspended for the duration of that event.
The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, cancel the Promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to the approval of any relevant regulatory authority.
M8 Instagram Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Period
The promotion commences on 30.09.2026 and closes on 07.10.2026 (“Promotion Period”).
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australians with residence in New South Wales (NSW), Victoria (VIC), Queensland (QLD), South Australia (SA) and Tasmania (TAS) and aged 18 years and over.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must, during the Promotion Period:

Multiple entries are permitted.
4. Prize

6. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @m8workwear within three (3) business days of the draw.
The winner may be published on Worklocker’s website and social media channels only if consent is provided.
7. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.
8. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, or provides false or misleading information.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting this promotion and for direct marketing by the Promoter, unless the entrant opts out.

Jet Into Summer 2026 – Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Period
The “Jet Into Summer 2026” promotion (“Promotion”) commences at 12:01am AEST on 24 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 25 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Gameplay availability remains subject to stock and system availability.
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

3. How to Enter
To enter during the Promotion Period:
In-Store Entry
- Visit a participating Worklocker store during the Promotion Period.
- Make a qualifying purchase and retain your valid Worklocker purchase receipt.
- Scan the promotional QR code displayed on participating promotional materials to access the online entry form.
- Complete the online entry form in full and submit all required details.
- Upload a photo or image of your valid Worklocker purchase receipt as part of your form submission.
Online Entry
- Make a qualifying purchase at Worklocker Online during the Promotion Period.
- Access the online entry form via the promotional QR code, participating promotional materials or campaign links.
- Complete the online entry form in full and submit all required details.
- Upload a photo or image of your valid Worklocker purchase receipt as part of your form submission.
Receipt Requirements
- The purchase receipt must be uploaded at the time of the entrant’s initial form submission. Receipts submitted after entry, including as a follow-up to an incomplete submission, will not be accepted, and the associated entry will be deemed invalid.
- The receipt must clearly show the participating Worklocker store (or Worklocker Online) from which the purchase was made, and the date and time of purchase.
- The date and time of purchase shown on the receipt must fall within the Promotion Period and on or before the date and time of the entrant’s Jet Into Summer entry form submission.
All valid completed entries will automatically go into the draw for the Minor Prizes and the Major Prize.
Purchase required. Entrants must make a valid retail purchase during the Promotion Period and retain proof of purchase. Purchases made using a Worklocker trade account do not constitute a qualifying purchase for entry into this Promotion.
Limit one (1) gameplay and entry per person, per day.
Entry into the Promotion does not guarantee eligibility for any separate supplier, catalogue or promotional offer unless expressly stated.
4. Purchase Verification Requirements
To be eligible to claim any prize, entrants must upload a valid Worklocker purchase receipt, dated and timed within the Promotion Period and consistent with the requirements set out in Section 3, at the time of entry.
All prizes, including Minor Prizes, are subject to verification by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- Verify the validity of entries and purchases;
- Request proof of identity, age and purchase;
- Disqualify entrants who submit incomplete, misleading or fraudulent entries; and/or
- Refuse prize fulfilment where receipt verification cannot be successfully completed.
Failure to provide satisfactory proof of purchase may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Cancelled, refunded or reversed transactions may invalidate associated entries or prizes.
5. Minor Prizes – Visa e-Gift Cards
Sixty (60) Minor Prizes are available, each a Visa e-gift card valued at AUD $50. Total Minor Prize pool value: AUD $3,000.
Minor Prize winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The Minor Prize draw will take place at the same time and location as the Major Prize draw, as set out in Section 7, and will be conducted before the Major Prize draw.
An entrant drawn to win a Minor Prize will not be eligible to also win the Major Prize. Minor Prize winners will be excluded from the entry pool before the Major Prize is drawn, so that no single entrant can win both a Minor Prize and the Major Prize.
Minor Prizes:
- Are subject to verification by the Worklocker Marketing Team;
- Are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash;
- Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or gift vouchers;
- Cannot be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated; and
- May be subject to Visa e-gift card terms and conditions as stated at issue.
Minor Prize winners will be notified by phone and/or email by 12:00pm AEST on 2 October 2026. Verified winners will receive their Visa e-gift card via email to their nominated email address within seven (7) days of verification.
If verification is unsuccessful, the prize may be cancelled or forfeited at the Promoter’s discretion.
Visa e-gift cards are subject to the expiry terms stated at the time of issue.
6. Major Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- One (1) 2025 SEA-DOO SPARK 3UP TRIXX 66SE personal watercraft;
- One (1) single PWC trailer with alloy wheels;
- Delivery to the winner’s nearest Australian capital city or participating Worklocker store; and
- Initial registration applicable to the winner's relevant state or territory requirements.
The Major Prize is presented in partnership with Blundstone as naming partner for marketing purposes only. Blundstone has no role in the supply, fulfilment, delivery, administration or verification of the Major Prize, and accepts no liability in connection with the Major Prize or this Promotion.
Total Major Prize value is approximately AUD $17,049 including GST.
The Major Prize:
- Is not transferable or exchangeable;
- Is not redeemable for cash;
- Excludes insurance, optional accessories, ongoing registration renewals, fuel, maintenance and any additional costs not expressly stated; and
- May differ from promotional imagery.
If the Major Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable regulations.
7. Major Prize Draw

The Minor Prizes will be drawn first, at random, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Minor Prize winners will then be excluded from the entry pool, and the Major Prize winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The Major Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email by 12:00pm AEST on 2 October 2026. The winner’s first initial, surname and postcode may be published on Worklocker’s website and/or social media channels where required by law.
8. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If the Major Prize remains unclaimed after a fourteen (14) day period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct an unclaimed prize draw.

The redraw winner’s first initial, surname and postcode may be published on Worklocker’s website and/or social media channels where required by law.
9. Privacy Collection Statement
The Promoter collects personal information including entrant name, phone number, email address, entry data, store location and receipt information for the purposes of administering this Promotion and conducting prize verification.
By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that their contact details may be used by Worklocker to send marketing communications via email and/or SMS.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by:
- Clicking the unsubscribe link in email communications;
- Replying STOP to SMS communications; or
- Contacting the Promoter directly.

10. Catalogue & Promotional Offer Disclaimer
- Catalogue offers, Gift With Purchases (GWP) and promotional pricing are available only at participating Worklocker locations during the advertised promotional period unless sold out earlier.
- Product ranges, colours, sizes, styles and availability may vary between participating stores and online.
- Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent exact product specifications.
- Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher or trade pricing arrangement unless expressly stated.
- Prices may vary between participating stores.
- The information contained within promotional materials and catalogues is general in nature and does not take into account individual customer circumstances or requirements.
- The Promoter reserves the right to correct pricing errors, printing errors, typographical mistakes or product description inaccuracies without prior notice.
11. Technical Issues
The Promoter is not responsible for:
- Late, lost, incomplete or corrupted entries;
- Technical malfunctions;
- Gameplay interruptions;
- Network failures;
- Website outages; or
- Any other issues outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.
Entry may be suspended or modified where required due to technical or operational reasons.
12. Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with this Promotion or any prize.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. Promoter’s Decision Final
The Promoter’s decision in connection with any aspect of this Promotion, including but not limited to the eligibility of entrants, the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, and the selection of winners, is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
14. Right to Amend
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or amend the Promotion or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to regulatory approval where required.
