In the case of an individual using this website on behalf of a company the individual warrants that he/she has the necessary authority to bind the company. The use of the Worklocker website is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By visiting www.Worklocker.com.au, you accept and consent to these Terms and Conditions, and consent to the processing of information as described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
The returns policy details your rights to a refund under the Worklocker Returns policy. The policy applies to all Products purchased online from Worklocker (www.worklocker.com.au) and does not apply to Worklocker in-store purchases. By using this Site in any manner, you agree and accept the Terms.
Worklocker reserves the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the services or Terms and/or any page of this Site. Each time you use the Site, you should be aware of our current Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worklocker excludes any and all liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage, cost or expense, however or wherever incurred, including, but not limited to any loss, damage, cost or expense that results from:

Placing an order
Any order placed by You in the manner described in this Website is an offer by You to purchase Goods for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified at the time You place Your order.
Any contract for purchases made through this Website will be with Your nominated Worklocker store. Depending on Your location, You will be buying from Your nearest participating store based on Your postcode for ease of delivery.
You acknowledge that by placing an order on this Website, You are agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the goods ordered. All goods remain the property of Worklocker until payment has been received in full.
We accept Credit Card and PayPal. The Credit Cards we accept are Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept American Express or Diners at present.
Worklocker do not store credit card details or share any credit card information with third parties. All credit card payments accepted through this site are processed securely by Braintree, our Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant Payment Gateway provider.
All payments must be made in full prior to delivery.
Goods are sold subject to availability. In the unlikely event that We are unable to supply the goods, We will inform you of this as soon as possible. You will then have the option to continue with Your order for delivery at a later date or cancel Your order and receive a full refund where You have already paid for the goods.
Worklocker processes a $1 authorisation transaction with all purchases to verify your payment details. If you see an extra $1 charge on your card/bank account this is solely for verification purposes and will automatically drop off by the bank within 7 days.

All references to $ and dollars on the website are to Australian currency and are including GST.
All prices were current at the time of publication on the website. Prices are subject to change due to changes in the exchange rate, supplier prices or any other factor beyond Our control.
Worklocker Retail Stores are not required to honour the Worklocker online price reflected on www.worklocker.com.au
Price savings may vary from store to store. Pick up & delivery available to approved customers.
Worklocker will communicate with you about your order by email and/or phone.
By registering or ordering on Worklocker, you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database. From time to time, we may send you marketing material about offers and new products. If you do not wish to receive such material, you may unsubscribe at any time.
Acceptance & Rejection of Orders
After You place an order, We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit Your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this Website.
We reserve the right to cancel Your order if You provide incorrect personal details, Use of an unauthorised credit card, payment is not successful, there is an error in the price of the product or the product becomes unavailable.
Should an advertised product not be available for any reason, the Worklocker store fulfilling your order will contact You to discuss an alternate product at similar quality and price. If an alternate product is not available and payment for that product has been taken, then payment for the product will be refunded to your original payment method.
Once the order is dispatched for delivery, you are unable to cancel your order. You may return the order as outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure stock availability is correct and up to date, naturally, oversights occur resulting in the website incorrectly displaying stock levels. We are entitled to withdraw from any contract that cannot be fulfilled due to discontinuation or lack of stock.
Please note – Worklocker only delivers within Australia.
All orders placed on this Website will be fulfilled by Your nominated Worklocker Store. Delivery methods and fees may differ from Store to Store.
We have two delivery options available when You order online at Worklocker.
Click and Collect: order and pay online and collect Your Goods from Your nominated Worklocker store. This option is free and is ideal if you need your items quickly or if you live close by and want to save on postage. Please phone the nominated store where your order has been placed to confirm a pick-up time. You can find the Worklocker store trading hours on the website. Standard Postal Delivery: Pay online and Your Goods will be posted to You through Australia Regular Post. Please allow up to 3-4 business days. Rural areas may take longer.
All Delivery costs will be charged to the customer. If the item needs to be ordered in, it may take up to 15 days. Delivery times are estimates only. In the event We are unable to dispatch Your order promptly or on the rare occasion that a product is unexpectedly out of stock, We will endeavour to e-mail, text or call You as soon as possible to let You know the estimated time for delivery, allowing You to make alternative arrangements, if You wish.
Worklocker will not be accountable for late deliveries or for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. Worklocker shall have no liability to You for any failure to deliver goods You have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by factors or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, elements of nature, war, terrorism, riots etc.
Acceptance Of Goods
On delivery of the order, you agree to inspect the goods for any faults, defects or damage and notify us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
