The Worklocker Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on this Website. Each Worklocker store will apply their own returns and refund policy relating to items purchased in store.

We recommend You read our Returns Policy carefully prior to placing an order to ensure You are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and exchanges and Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.




Delivery

Shipping

Once you place an order, our stores will dispatch your item within 4 business days. Please reach out directly to the Seller (fulfilling Worklocker Store) for more information regarding tracking and delivery times.

Pre-Order

If you have ordered and paid for an item on pre-order, the Seller (fulfilling Worklocker Store) will reach out to you directly for more information on timeframes and shipping costs.




Returns


How do I Return an Item?

If you purchased an item from www.worklocker.com.au within 14 days, and you would like to return or exchange one, some or all of your products purchased, please download the ‘Worklocker Returns/Exchanges Document’, complete and email returns@worklocker.com.au . Please include your order number in the subject line.

When returning your items to the fulfilling Worklocker store, please include the following:

  • The unused, unworn and original packaged items you wish to return
  • a copy of your Order confirmation, and
  • Worklocker Returns/Exchanges Document
  • Paid Australia Post label on the front of the package to be returned.

We will notify you once your item has been received in Store and communicate next steps either by phone or email, or both (i.e. refund processed, exchange sent or contact made with manufacturer if damaged/faulty).


'Change of Mind' Returns

We offer change of mind refunds or exchanges on items purchased within 14 days. Please follow the above returns/exchanges process or visit www.worklocker.com.au for more information.


Refunds

Refunds will be made via Your original payment method Used to make Your purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within fourteen (14) days. In some limited circumstances we may make a refund to an alternate account if the original account has been cancelled or is not available.

If you are returning a product, it is your responsibility to pay for the delivery charges.

All delivery charges are non-refundable.




Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanging an Item

If you purchased your item within 14 days, and the goods are unused and in original unopened packaging, with original ticketing and all accompanying instructions, manuals and other accompanying materials, we will offer and exchange or refund for the cost of the item less any shipping or delivery charges.

You as the customer is responsible for the shipping and delivery charges to return the item to the fulfilling store.

Refunds will be made via Your original payment method Used to make Your purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within fourteen (14) days. In some limited circumstances we may make a refund to an alternate account if the original account has been cancelled or is not available.


What Should I do if a Seller Refused to Accept a Refund?

If you do not agree with a decision a Seller (fulfilling Worklocker Store) has made regarding a refund or exchange of your item, please contact Worklocker Head Office at headoffice@worklocker.com.au for review.


Process to return goods

Goods purchased from this Website can be returned in store to Your nominated Worklocker Store or by post.

In addition to your statutory rights, the Worklocker Returns Policy sets out how you can return your purchase from a Worklocker online order, because you:

  1. changed your mind; or

  2. purchased an incorrect size and the product doesn't fit.

You can return your purchase under this Returns Policy if:

  1. Time -You have purchased your products less than 14 days ago.

  2. Product - You return the product in its original condition, unworn and with the tags attached (and the product is not a sale item)

  3. Proof - You supply the online order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

  4. Information – You have completed the returns / exchange request document with the returned products, which can be downloaded here.

  5. Paid Return – You have purchased a parcel from Australia Post to return the items to the return address on the front of your order invoice.

As mentioned above, Goods must be unused and in original unopened packaging, with original ticketing and all accompanying instructions, manuals and other accompanying materials.

It is Your obligation to pack returned products satisfactorily to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Goods while they are in Your possession until they reach Worklocker.

We will notify you once your item has been received in Store and communicate next steps either by phone or email, or both (i.e. refund processed, exchange sent or contact made with manufacturer if damaged/faulty).




Warranty

Faulty Goods

When you receive your items from Worklocker, we recommend You immediately examine Goods delivered to You to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage or fault and that the Goods received match the order You placed.

If you have purchased a product within 14 days, and you believe the product is faulty or damaged (through no fault of your own), please speak to your fulfilling Worklocker store about returning the product for refund or exchange. Their contact details can be found on your online order confirmation.

All products listed on www.worklocker.com.au are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Once received, the store will consult with the supplier and/or manufacturer. If the product is found to be faulty you will have the option to exchange for the same product, exchange for a product of the same or lesser value or receive a full refund.

Delivery Charges

Any Goods replaced under the Returns Policy due to being damaged, faulty or incorrect will be delivered to You free of charge.
